This file exists only so Claude Code finds the rules, and for Claude-specific configuration that
AGENTS.md cannot express. It contains no project rules of its own. Add those to `AGENTS.md`.
If anything here ever conflicts with `AGENTS.md`, `AGENTS.md` wins.
