**`AGENTS.md` is the single source of truth for this repository.** Read `./AGENTS.md` before doing
anything else and follow it exactly.

This file exists only so Gemini CLI finds the rules. It contains no project rules of its own. Add
those to `AGENTS.md`. If anything here ever conflicts with `AGENTS.md`, `AGENTS.md` wins.
