Add repository scaffolding
MIT license, the ignore list that keeps secrets and Ansible scratch files out, and a .gitattributes that normalises everything to LF — payloads are deployed to Linux hosts, where a CRLF breaks a shell script outright. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <[email protected]>

# Everything here is deployed to Linux hosts. A CRLF line ending makes a shell
# script fail with "bad interpreter: /bin/bash^M", and can silently break a
# compose or config file. Normalise to LF in the repository and on checkout,
# whatever the contributor's platform or core.autocrlf setting.
