The best banner to go for in September 2026 would be the rerun banner of Super Creek Stamina SSR and Mr. C.B. Wit SSR. Both are meta cards for a long while.
Super Creek is still a strong universal Stamina card, and will continue to be strong until Sounds of Earth Stamina SSR releases around mid-2027. Mr. C.B. remains a must-have for End Closer mains, and is a strong general Wit card on her own. Once Mejiro Ramonu Wit is out, Mr. C.B. is still a good secondary Wit card for End Closers.

Honorable mentions are Symboli Kris S Stamina SSR, Oguri Cap Wit SSR, and Eishin Flash Speed SSR. Though niche, they serve their specfic purposes well.
Symboli Kris S is for Late Surger mains, specifically those who want to be competitive in Long races. Oguri Cap Wit is similar, except she is for Pace Chaser mains who want to be viable in Medium races. Eishin Flash Speed is a bit more general, though is still restricted to Late Surger mains.
Each of these cards have notable rare skills for their respective niches. However, Oguri Cap and Eishin Flash are still strong stat sticks (at max level) outside of their skills, whereas Symboli Kris S is specifically tailored for Late Surgers and isn't viable with other styles.
Ultimately, all three are just recommended as borrows if you're saving up for other banners.

Although the banners for these characters have ended, they can still be obtained through future banners. However, the chance of obtaining them is lower compared to when they were featured, when their rates were boosted.
This means that pulling for specific characters becomes more difficult with normal banners because more trainees and support cards are added to the gacha pool.
How Can I Determine if I Have Pulled an SSR?

There are four different ways to figure out that you've gotten an SSR Trainee when pulling on the Gacha.
- When a gate turns into rainbow color.
- When Chairman Akikawa appears
- When the door behind Tazuna is color red
- When the Eclipse first. the rest nowhere message appears at the top of the gates

The message at the top of the gates indicate your chances of getting a 3 Star Trainee during that pull. Eclipse first. the rest nowhere means that you'll get a guaranteed 3 Star Trainee.

You can quickly see if your pull will have an SSR by looking at the notebook during the pull animation. If you pull a Rainbow Sticker note, you'll get an SSR.
