Whether the media bar should appear or not.
Version
Which version of the media bar to use. Leave as
embedded
(recommended): the version built into this plugin, tested to match it, works without internet access. Advanced: enter a release number (like
2.4.12.0
) to load that exact version from the internet instead.
Get updates early
With this on and Version set to
main
or
latest
, the media bar loads the developers' newest work-in-progress from the internet. Changes appear on their own within about half a day, before they have been released or fully tested. If something breaks, turn this off to go back to the built-in version.
Use physical avatars file
If checked, the plugin will look for a list.txt file in the avatars directory at the root of jellyfin-web.
Avatars Playlist
If populated, and "Use physical avatars file" is disabled, this is the name of the playlist which is used to populate the media bar.
If empty, the media bar will randomly populate.
Shuffle Interval
How long (ms) should each slide last before changing to the next? (set to -1 to use default value)
Retry Interval
How long (ms) should to wait before trying again after a failed initialization? (set to -1 to use default value)
Min Swipe Distance
How far (px) should the user have to swipe before triggering the next/prev slide? (set to -1 to use default value)
Loading Check Interval
How long (ms) between checking whether the login screen or home screen has loaded? (set to -1 to use default value)
Max Plot Length
How many words should be displayed for the plot on the Media Bar? (set to -1 to use default value)
Max Movies

Max Items
Maximum number of items to retrieve from the server, this is also the number of items in the loop? (set to -1 to use default value)
Preload Count
Number of slides in the future to load before showing them? This helps with ensuring the image is visible when its ready to be displayed. (set to -1 to use default value)
Fade Transition Duration
How long (ms) should the fade transition take when changing slide? (set to -1 to use default value)
Slide Animation Enabled?
Do the slides animate while they're visible? (the zooming in effect, can be quite performance heavy)
Enable Trailers?
Enable trailer playback on the media bar slides?
Sync Page Backdrop?
Sync the page backdrop with the media bar slide?
