Image hosts are now server storage (30 days), litterbox (<=72h, direct from the browser), catbox (permanent) and direct. The server becomes one web-standard fetch handler with Cloudflare Workers and Bun.serve entries, and an optional shared password gates every route, assets included. - Naming:
NNN-short-slug.md, zero-padded, sequential. - A spec states what and why, plus acceptance criteria. Not how.
- Front matter:
status: draft | approved | implemented | superseded. No link to a plan — plans are removed before merge. - Never delete an implemented spec; it is the record of intent.
