feat: initialize TypeScript MCP project with Bun

- Configure package.json and tsconfig.json using Bun bundler settings - Install @modelcontextprotocol/sdk and zod - Add src/index.ts entry stub and tests/smoke.test.ts using bun:test - Update .gitignore to exclude .bun/
