chore: keep the Impeccable detector's font exceptions

.impeccable/config.json tells the design checker not to flag the off-system fonts in three mockups (round 6 B's Barlow, round 7's Bricolage Grotesque, the B routines brainstorm), each with the owner's reason. Tracked so every checkout gets the same exceptions; the local config and the hook cache stay ignored. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
