fix(games): roll Neverness to Everness's day at 05:00, America on UTC-4

Browse Source 
NTE resets at 05:00 server time, not 04:00, and its America server runs
UTC-4. Asia and Europe rolled an hour early; America lands on the same
09:00 UTC instant and day key as before. Source: Game-Time-Master.

Re-labels the game-day of some already-logged ticks in Asia and Europe.
