Revise the covers spec: both links given directly, static page served by a Cloudflare Worker plus a userscript on one pure core, Bun instead of Node, and R2 rehosting with a 30-day expiry. Move the spec to docs/specs/, merge HANDOVER.md into docs/DECISIONS.md, the spec and docs/TODO.md, and add AGENTS.md, pointer files, PERMISSIONS.md and agent permission configs. # Product

**What:** a tool that turns a MangaBaka series link plus a Webtoons series link into a cover edit
|
|
request for [MangaBaka](https://mangabaka.org): every current and historical cover, deduplicated
|
|
against what MangaBaka already has, with the current poster as the main cover.
|
|
|
|
**Who:** regular MangaBaka contributors. Most have **no API access** (it needs the contributor role
|
|
or 25 approved submissions), so the manual path — copy hosted URLs into MangaBaka's cover form —
|
|
is the common case, not an edge case.
|
|
|
|
**Surfaces:** a static web page (primary); a userscript panel on mangabaka.org series pages; a CLI later.
|
|
|
|
**Principles**
|
|
- The user is in control: nothing is uploaded or submitted without an explicit action, and the
|
|
submission always goes to MangaBaka review.
|
|
- The user decides the content rating (default `safe`); the tool only warns on mature titles.
|
|
- Show the evidence for each cover (image, size, where and when it was seen) so the user can drop
|
|
landing-page art that isn't a cover.
|
|
|
|
